After a package has arrived in your country, sometimes the tracking information will be updated faster in your local postal services. Please check the tracking information by your local postal services if the tracking page of JapanPost seems to be late.
Warranty
We offer 1 year warranty for any of our product.
Exceptions:
(a) to damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse, negligence or failure to maintain the product;
(b) to damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, lightning, flood, earthquake;
(c) to consumable parts, such as jacks, switches, pots, enclosureor or vacuum tubes unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(d) if the product has been opened or previously repaired by unauthorized persons.
User pays shipping expenses if any.
